About the technique

Various light-sheet imaging techniques differ in the way the light-sheet is created,
however, they all face the same problematics regarding aberrations.

These techniques are typically used to do live imaging of optically inhomogenious
biological samples. A number of refractive index changes are then causing aberrations.

This impacts PSF quality, which ultimatly will decrease image contrast.
